How fast will my server be ready?
Cloud VPS and Streaming VPS plans are delivered as soon as payment clears. Dedicated, streaming and storage servers are built to order and handed over within 1–5 days; package deals usually within 1–3 days.
Are there setup fees?
No setup fee on any server. A few optional extras, such as an engineer-installed custom OS, carry a one-off fee, and the configurator shows it before you order.
What does "Starting from" mean?
It's the price of the base build. Most dedicated and storage servers let you add memory, drives, PCIe NVMe and faster ports. The configurator prices every option.
Is VPS bandwidth really unmetered?
Yes. Every VPS includes unmetered bandwidth at the port speed listed, from 250 Mbit/s on Value plans to 10 Gbit/s on Streaming VPS, subject to the Acceptable Use Policy.
Where are the servers?
Dedicated, streaming and storage servers are hosted in the Netherlands, with good latency to the UK and mainland Europe.
Do I get root access?
Yes. Every VPS and dedicated server comes with full root or administrator access. Dedicated servers can be installed through IPMI or the customer portal.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Services run month to month. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. See the refund and cancellation policy.
